TAG Trip Cancellation Policy

There is a 10% non-refundable fee per person on all received cancellation requests, regardless of the period when the cancellation is submitted. Cancellations must be made in writing prior to 91 days date of departure. Cancellation fees are as follows:

  • 120 days prior to the start of the trip – 100% less the 10% cancellation fee
  • 60- 90 days prior to the start of the trip – 50%
  • 59 days or less prior to the start of the trip – no refund will be given

No refunds will be given to no-shows. No refunds will be given to someone who has failed to pay their balance on time and/or decides to withdraw from the trip after the trip has started. In the event of a cancellation, the appropriate refund shall be sent out within 4 weeks from the date of cancellation.

Any cancellation must be submitted in writing to Big Fat World Tours (letter or email). Once the cancellation has been received and processed, Big Fat World Tours and its representatives have no other obligations to travelers on canceled trips, including any and all costs or fees related to the issuance and/or cancellation of airline tickets and other additional travel service reservations made by Big Fat World Tours for you or made directly by you, including but not limited to, additional hotel nights, airport transfers, guided tours, meals, and so forth.

The cancellation policy is strictly enforced due to logistical endeavors and reservations made with various local entities.
